Pre-Application

Purpose

Demonstrate that you are a licensed OB-GYN physician
Confirm your eligibility for EACCP’s supraspecialization and accreditation program
Acknowledge your commitment to the entire process, including clinical practice and mandatory monthly reporting after accreditation

Step 1	Review Eligibility and Program Overview Before applying, please: Read Section 2.2 – Expectations & Eligibility Understand the structure of the program: blended theoretical and hands-on training, followed by 36 months of continuous case documentation Review Sections 2.3–2.5 to understand EACCP’s accreditation principles Contact us if you need clarification before proceeding
Step 2	Prepare Your Pre-Application File Send the following documents, preferably in PDF format: Copy of valid medical license Proof of specialization in obstetrics and gynecology Certificate of competence in colposcopy issued by the Romanian College of Physicians (or equivalent, if applicable) Updated CV Short statement of interest (max. 300 words) Signed declaration of commitment (link) to post-accreditation monthly reporting requirements
Step 3	Submit by Email Send your full pre-application file to: cme@eaccp.org You will receive an email confirmation within 5 business days.
Step 4	Application Review Your submission will be reviewed by the EACCP Accreditation Committee. You will receive a decision within 10 business days, indicating: Accepted – You are eligible to proceed to enrollment Not Accepted – You will receive feedback and may reapply in a future cycle
